VODATREX VD-3108 – 8 Line Voice Logger, PC-Based

Vodatrex Telephone Recording System ( TVRS) is a multiple channel digital telephone recording system that uses PC and Recording Card to record telephone conversations, dialed numbers and caller Ids to hard disk. Vodatrex TVRS helps to make transactions over the telephone and to control the quality of personnel’ s work, robust design and simple interface for fail-safe but user-friendly day to day operation.

Vodatrex multi-channel digital recording system with outstanding performance, which can simultaneously perform extra-long time recording , calling number display, called number display and call time as well as saving them in devices for the multi-channel telephone, and the administrator can monitor the channels at the real time without bringing any influence on the conversation.

The telephone voice recording system consists of the automatically recording and real-time monitoring software and hardware for the process of both sides during the call. Audio-recording adopts the common international voice process and compression technology conformed to CCITT standard. It samples, digitalizes,
compress and save the voice signals to the computer disks. Search and plays the voice file of the storage devices on the external speakers or earphones. It serves for the essential tools of the telephone hot-line, policestations, call centers, customer service, firestations, banks, securities and so on fields.

- Support DTMF/ FSK incoming CallerID, Support Incoming CallerID Popup
- Consists of the incoming customer management system to recognize the incomers and the Popup Screen
- Support monitor the conversation for every line on the real time by LAN
- Supports three recorder mode : Phone, Audio, Key
- Support list and print all the dialed-in, dialed-out and missed calls
- Can record the direct call. Support the simultaneous recording for the direct phone and extension
- Supports auto-backup, FTP back up the files onto the burning ROM, supports the auto fold repeat.
- The outward phone cables, extension cables, ISDN catalog cables, output cables for the wireless interphones are
- Alarm information displayed on the screen or in the e-mails when e meeting abnormal situation ( cable broken)
- Support duple/ quintuple/ octuple compression and save and WAV format
- Support inquire, play and monitoring for the network.
- With the default multi-language of Simplified Chinese/ Traditional Chinese/ English / UAE, etc
